Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Items are 3D printed to order in Fargo, North Dakota. Orders are typically printed and shipped within 5 business days of payment. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. Delivery time after shipment depends on your location and carrier, but most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days total from order date. If your order needs extra time, we'll reach out directly.

Q: Do you offer custom prints?
A: Yes — if you have a specific design request or need a caliber or size we don't currently carry, send us a message at squiggleprintz@gmail.com with the details. We'll let you know if it's something we can do and provide a quote. Custom orders are subject to availability and lead time.

Q: What materials do you use?
A: Our products are printed in PLA+ when listed on the product page, a rigid material commonly used for functional 3D printed parts. PLA+ is not rated for high-heat environments, so do not leave printed products in a hot vehicle or expose them to temperatures above approximately 140°F / 60°C. All products are printed to order in Fargo, North Dakota.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll review the issue and provide a replacement or resolution as needed.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Because items are 3D printed to order, refunds are only issued for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details, or contact us within 14 days of delivery if there's an issue with your order.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Our products are 3D printed, inspected, and shipped from Fargo, North Dakota, USA. Some products are printed under commercial licenses from independent designers.
