How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive a receipt for your order immediately after you place it. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your order on the Track Order page at any time.
Do you provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
Yes, we offer a quality guarantee for all of our products. If you are not satisfied with the product or find any damages, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to address the issue and ensure your satisfaction. Please be aware that these products are 3d printed. This means that there may be layer lines on any of the prints that you buy. This is a normal thing to see on FDM prints.

Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
Yes, we offer a refund if you are not satisfied with the product. Simply contact us and we will take care of it for you. Please be aware that we are not responsible for return shipping fees. We do offer a reprint service on a lithophane if not satisfied with the first one you recieve.
How do I order on your website?
