Returns & Refunds
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns on items that are no longer wanted or ordered by mistake.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unused and undamaged. Please include your order number when initiating a return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video showing the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time varies by bank or card issuer.
